Very cool and works as designed. However, it's unfortunate that slight air movement will cause the smoke to fall off-center. In my case it seems like the smoke never falls directly on the ball and does not accumulate. I personally would get the burners that have glass around where the smoke collects so that the smoke falling is undisturbed.

This is a cool gift! My daughter had asked me to get it for her so I gifted it to her for Christmas. It works just like it should and looks really cool. The incense that came with it really don’t smell very good to me though so I’m going to buy her some more. Unfortunate because she wants to use it but those kind of stink lol

Sometimes smell can last 4-5 hours, I feel this happens if u let the smoke settle in the resevoir bellow and don't blow it out. It will be released over time. If you don't want it to smell for that long remember to blow out smoke after each use. Other than that GREAT PRODUCT !

The starter cones just do not smell the best, and the waterfall effect is hard to do with even the slightest of airflow. The purchaseable cones smell great though!

Never heard of these before, bought one and its so cool. The scent of the beginner cones is of a strong campfire kinda smell. It can linger for a while, might have to get the herbal scents because I would mind it as much. I think it makes a great fitting to any room in the house honestly. Easy to use and easy to clean. Cones lasts about 10 minutes - overall great product!

I LOVE this incense burner, packaging is secured well with styrofoam to keep it from breaking. Recieved everything that was advertised. My 6 year old granddaugther is truly mesmerized by this... she calls it the "genie 'moker" (smoker lol...). She will just sit and watch the smoke travel. It is really pretty, and I am most definately going to buy one for my Mom - I know that she would enjoy this also! Not to mention I love the variety of scents availbile!

The Incense falls backflow burner works very well, I just wish that the starter cones would at least last a little longer. It can be inconsistent at times and I don't know what causes this, one cone burned for 6 minutes and the next one burned for 10 minutes.

I love this product and the effect it has. But sometimes it doesnt work with airflow. The cone sometimes burn fasts too... so the watertfall doesn't last long. Scent is strong. A really good product to appreciate. Does need to cleaned often. Even with the downsides I do not regret the purchase!

I was kinda scared to order, but I am glad I did. It was delivered safely. This product is so beautiful. Came with the scented cones and I have been using them for the past 2 days. It is a beautiful efect to watch. I have it in my living room and it makes for a great decoration. The vapor looks like a waterfall if you place it in a good spot.

I love how the incense flows down as long it is not out in drafty areas. Remember to line the hole in the bottom of the cone with the hole at the top of burner. I wish the cones were bigger for a longer effect - but overall great product

This is a great burner, the vase lets the smell release slowly and make the cones last longer. Just make sure to have the cone position correctly or it would not work. The hole under the cone goes over the hole at the top of the burner.
