It's really nice, I really like it. I've just noticed a couple things after receiving it, even something as small as your breath will mess up the smoke flow and it also takes a minute before smoke starts flowing out. At first I thought it didn't work but after a minute or two it started letting smoke out. I'm gonna get a different one because it's be nice to have one in multiple rooms.

Sometimes smell can last 4-5 hours, I feel this happens if u let the smoke settle in the resevoir bellow and don't blow it out. It will be released over time. If you don't want it to smell for that long remember to blow out smoke after each use. Other than that GREAT PRODUCT !

Looks stunning, however can be get hard to clean if you don't do it often, recommend using papertowel,cottonballs or something disposable, I tried to clean it with my towel and the incense gunk got on it and it was hard to get off

The starter cones just do not smell the best, and the waterfall effect is hard to do with even the slightest of airflow. The purchaseable cones smell great though!

Purchased it for my bedroom. The incense it came with did smell pretty relaxing and it does help me go to sleep faster. Make sure to clean every 1-2 uses or the build up can make it harder to clean. I just use rubbing alcohol with a q-tip or cotton ball.

It’s sooo beautiful!! The colors, packagings and very relaxing to see it work. However the starter cones didnt smell too good. No one in the house like the smell. So definitely remember to get some incense on the side.

Never heard of these before, bought one and its so cool. The scent of the beginner cones is of a strong campfire kinda smell. It can linger for a while, might have to get the herbal scents because I would mind it as much. I think it makes a great fitting to any room in the house honestly. Easy to use and easy to clean. Cones lasts about 10 minutes - overall great product!

I LOVE this incense burner, packaging is secured well with styrofoam to keep it from breaking. Recieved everything that was advertised. My 6 year old granddaugther is truly mesmerized by this... she calls it the "genie 'moker" (smoker lol...). She will just sit and watch the smoke travel. It is really pretty, and I am most definately going to buy one for my Mom - I know that she would enjoy this also! Not to mention I love the variety of scents availbile!

The Incense falls backflow burner works very well, I just wish that the starter cones would at least last a little longer. It can be inconsistent at times and I don't know what causes this, one cone burned for 6 minutes and the next one burned for 10 minutes.

When you burn the incense it looks cool, exactly as pictures and description. Small compact and easy to move. It also comes with 20 hazeseed- happy to buy more later. Also buying one for sisters birthday... amazing product!

Never seen anything like this, it is definately a unique find. I like to watch the smoke pas through it like water. This is by far the most interesting thing about this piece. Have to cleaning often but its not to hard. Very relaxing.

Very relaxing to watch the smoke as it forms a "waterfall", most definately a zen-type feel, accompanied by the smell of the incense burning. I would highly recommend this as a gift to anyone. It comes with some start cones but I highly suggest ordering additional Hazeseed (they smell a lot better) They're not very expensive and you will enjoy it a lot more.

I love this product and the effect it has. But sometimes it doesnt work with airflow. The cone sometimes burn fasts too... so the watertfall doesn't last long. Scent is strong. A really good product to appreciate. Does need to cleaned often. Even with the downsides I do not regret the purchase!

I was kinda scared to order, but I am glad I did. It was delivered safely. This product is so beautiful. Came with the scented cones and I have been using them for the past 2 days. It is a beautiful efect to watch. I have it in my living room and it makes for a great decoration. The vapor looks like a waterfall if you place it in a good spot.

I love how the incense flows down as long it is not out in drafty areas. Remember to line the hole in the bottom of the cone with the hole at the top of burner. I wish the cones were bigger for a longer effect - but overall great product

This is a great burner, the vase lets the smell release slowly and make the cones last longer. Just make sure to have the cone position correctly or it would not work. The hole under the cone goes over the hole at the top of the burner.

Kept the zone smelling incredible for longer than I expected because of the base well plan. The fragence gets caught and let out gradually after some time. Recognizably carefully assembled and all around made. Would prescribe this to anybody searching for an incense burner that does somewhat more than simply consume incense. I am content with this buy.
