Cancellation and Refund Policies

At HazeFalls, we want to ensure that you have a smooth experience with our products and services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy, which is designed to address various scenarios:

1. Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, which is before the order has been processed (verification, quality check, packing, or shipped). Once this window has passed, we no longer accept cancellations.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at hazefalls.cs@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

2. Refund and Replacement:

A. Full Refund/Replacement: You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged/Broken Item: If you receive a damaged or broken item, we require an unboxing video as proof.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item. Please email us with your preference for a refund or replacement, and provide proof of purchase.

B. Half Refunds

In cases of delivery failure due to customer-related issues, we offer half refunds. This includes scenarios where the item cannot be delivered due to the following reasons:

  • Incomplete Address: Please ensure that your address details, including street, house number, apartment number, etc., are complete and accurate.
  • No Recipient at Customer Address: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
For these two conditions, we offer the following options:

    a. Half Refund: We will refund 50% of the purchase amount.

    b. Replacement to the Customer: If you prefer a replacement, a 20% fee of the purchase amount is required to compensate for operational and shipping costs.
